What this site collects

This site has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records usage information: pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and interactions such as clicks on the booking, LinkedIn or email links.

If you decline, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode: no analytics cookies are set and no identifiers are stored on your device. Google may receive limited signals without identifiers (for example, that a page was viewed) to estimate aggregate statistics.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) are set only after you accept. They are set by Google and can last up to two years.

Your browser’s local storage keeps two preferences: your language and your cookie choice. They stay on your device and are not used for tracking.

How the data is used

Analytics data is used only to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content. It is not sold and not used for advertising. Google processes it on my behalf; see Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and how Google uses information from sites that use its services (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

Booking and contact

The “Let’s talk” buttons open my Google Calendar booking page, and the email link opens your email app. What you share there (such as your name, email or message) is handled by Google Calendar or your email provider and used only to reply to you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your choices and rights

You can change your cookie choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

To ask about, access or delete data related to you, email jzabalacx@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the GDPR in the EU, Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 or California’s CCPA), you may have additional rights.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
